Avil is a Practising Company Secretary with a practice anchored in corporate compliance, governance, and NCLT litigation. He advises companies and LLPs on the Companies Act, 2013, the LLP Act, 2008, and the FEMA regime, and appears before the National Company Law Tribunal on restoration, compounding, and oppression matters. Across the business lifecycle — from incorporation and restructuring to transactions, regulatory filings, and ongoing board governance — he works to keep advice clear, current, and grounded in the text of primary law.
Before founding Salins & Co., he held company secretarial and compliance roles at Sami Direct Marketing and Karuturi Foods Private Limited. That in-house experience shapes how the firm reads statute, works with boards and founders, and treats deadlines as a matter of course rather than a matter of pressure.
