Every matter is led by the founder — Avil Rakshith Salins, Practising Company Secretary. You engage with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying instructions. Where a matter benefits from an advocate or a specialist, the firm works in association with them while retaining primary responsibility for the file.

How do you handle confidential company information?

Client information is treated as confidential by default under the ICSI Code of Conduct and the terms of the engagement letter. Documents are handled on a need-to-know basis and are not shared outside the engagement without the client's written consent. A written NDA is issued on request before any documents are exchanged.
