Salins & Co. is a sole-proprietorship practice of Mr. Avil Rakshith Salins, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS A48442) holding Certificate of Practice No. 28369. 2. Nature of content — no professional advice

All content on the Site — including articles, resources such as the ROC Compliance Calendar, service descriptions and FAQs — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, secretarial, tax or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the Site. You must not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content without obtaining formal engagement-specific advice.

3. No solicitation

In accordance with the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 and the ICSI Code of Conduct, the Site is not, and must not be construed as, advertising or solicitation of work. Please read our full Disclaimer.
