In short

We register businesses for GST and file their returns every month or quarter, with input tax credit checked against what suppliers have reported before each filing.

What we file

GSTR-1What it reports: Sales (outward supplies)When: Monthly by the 11th; quarterly under QRMP by the 13th after the quarter
GSTR-3BWhat it reports: Summary return and tax paymentWhen: Monthly by the 20th; quarterly under QRMP by the 22nd for Karnataka, with monthly tax payment
GSTR-9What it reports: Annual returnWhen: By 31 December after the year, where applicable
GSTR-9CWhat it reports: Reconciliation statementWhen: Where aggregate turnover exceeds ₹5 crore

QRMP is open to taxpayers with aggregate turnover up to ₹5 crore.

Other GST work: amendment of registration, cancellation, Letter of Undertaking for exports each financial year, and catch-up of pending returns.

Returns cannot be filed once three years have passed from their due date (sections 37(5), 39(11) and 44(2), inserted by the Finance Act, 2023; enforced on the GST portal from July 2025). If returns are pending, file the oldest first.

How it works

  1. 1.Registration: send PAN, certificate of incorporation, proof of the principal place of business (rent agreement or NOC, plus a recent utility bill), bank details and the authorised signatory's details. We file GST REG-01 and you complete Aadhaar authentication when the link arrives.
  2. 2.Each month: share sales and purchase invoices by the agreed date.
  3. 3.We match purchases with what suppliers have reported, prepare the returns and send you the tax payable before filing.
  4. 4.After payment we file and send the acknowledgement.
